Responsible adoption, risk literacy and intelligent use of AI are built into everything I deliver professionally. I am pursuing this degree to work on exactly those questions: what we should automate, what humans must keep, and how organisations and societies adopt AI responsibly.

Toward a Second Memetic Host: Reframing AI Mind Through Memetic Evolution

The paper argues that the AI mind debate treats the human mind as a fixed reference point, when that reference point is itself a product of cultural evolution. Drawing on Dawkins's replicator framework, Dennett's account of minds as products of memetic invasion and Blackmore's account of memetic transmission media, it asks whether agentic AI may be emerging as a second memetic host: a substrate in which memes can replicate, compete and accumulate without reliance on human brains.
